Job description

This role is critical in the provision of quality of care to residents, as it is the commitment of the home that a high standard of care is provided to meet the needs of all our residents in order for them to maintain as much independence and choice, which will enhance their quality of life. .

Responsibilities

• The senior Care assistant acts in a supervisory role and provides direction, guidance and support to other members of the care team.
• You will be required to work closely with Management & colleagues to ensure continuity of care to our residents.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• NVQ level 2

Desirable Skills

• NVQ Level 3 would be desirable.
