Crew Member based in Belfast. .

Responsibilities

• Safety of customers.
• Cash handling.
• Safety and survival at sea.
• Mooring of the vessel.
• Cleanliness of the vessel.
• Optimise the levels of sales and responsibilities on the vessel.
• Deliver higher standards of service.
• Stock and cash control.
• Safety/Maritime training - this is essential and training will be provided.
• Report on time for each shift and in uniform.
• Resolve and respond to any customer complaints.
• Perform operational tasks as required by the Captain.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Customer service.
• Cash handling.
• Stock control.
• Full compliance of all safety and health procedures whilst onboard.

Desirable Skills

• Adaptable.
• Team player.

Further Information

The Employer is: WATERWAYS BELFAST. Although this is a full-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
