Activity Instructor Team Leader


Job description

You will lead a team of clients and deliver a safe, engaging and enjoyable experience to our guests in an outdoor setting. You will support the smooth running of the operation and ensure our guests have a fantastic experience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate energy, drive and determination. You will have the ability to treat people in a fair, consistent and respectful manner and value diversity. You will be effective in developing and maintaining working relationships to ensure high levels of customer service. You will have excellent organisational skills, communication and time management along with a drive to progress to the Activity Instructor/Group Leader role..

Responsibilities

  • Leading and working effectively as part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail.
  • This is a hands-on job that will involve moving inflatable castles, climbing walls and archery equipment in all weathers.

  • Prepared to set up activity equipment in all weathers.

  • Previous experience of leading teams, awareness of current policies and procedures and a high-level experience of customer care and activity delivery are desirable.

Further Information

The Employer is: HUNTERWEST ACTIVITIES LTD Although this is a full time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
