Band 3 Admin Assistant (Compliance)


Job description

The post holder will facilitate and support all aspects of water monitoring for the Head of Operations and Compliance Manager, including the collation and recording of Estates information and the maintenance of the dedicated Water Safety database. The post holder will be the first point of contact for all critical/urgent water results. The post holder will provide admin support for the Estates Compliance Software system including communication with Estates Officers/Managers to update the system and download key reports..

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the dedicated Water Safety database, tracking and closing off all faults/repairs/actions arising from compliance reports.
  • Updating Water safety follow up sheet on SharePoint daily following interpretation of water reports. (For more, please Job Description @ HSC Jobs)

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 years experience in a clerical/administrative role OR 2 years experience in a clerical/administration
