The Employer is: ZSUK LTD. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong understanding of online retail platforms. In this role, you will support our e-commerce operations by managing product listings, coordinating promotions, analysing sales data, and providing general administrative assistance. Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information, images, and pricing.
• Assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, including discounts, special offers, and seasonal sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide customer support for online inquiries, including order tracking, product information, and resolution of issues.
• Update and maintain stock management software to maintain accuracy.
• Deal with customer return and stock re ordering requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good skills in the use of Microsoft word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing is a plus but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design tools is desirable but not required.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Etsy.

Further Information

The Employer is: ZSUK LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Working in a small family run business in a warehouse environment so it will be cold at times.
