Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix joinery work associated with major and minor construction work, and other maintenance and refurbishment duties.
• Undertake a range of response maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties. There will be minor work outside trade where required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Completed either time served or skills apprenticeship.
• At least 3 years post apprenticeship experience.
• Full current driving licence or access to a form of transport.
• Flexible to provide an emergency call out service on evenings and weekends - rota basis.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
