Job description

We are seeking a friendly Customer Services Representative to make our clients feel welcome when they come to Crescent Vitality for information and services. As the first point of contact, you will be and important part of our team and will provide information and support to both regular and new clients..

Responsibilities

  • You will work in a team and will have responsibility for meet and greet reception duties including email, phone and social media, managing enquiries and providing support for clients using conferencing rooms and other Crescent Vitality services.
  • First point of contact for clients and visitors - Provide information regarding services and how to access them.
  • Customer support - Handle enquiries, schedule appointments and connect clients with relevant services as needed.
  • Coordinate the setup of rooms for clients and liaise with the Kitchen Manager regarding catering requirements.
  • Support Managers in recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Collect and publish post-service client feedback.

Further Information

The Employer is: SPRINGFIELD CHARITABLE ASSOCIATION Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
