Our client, a commercial printing company are seeking a Warehouse Operative (Forklift Driver) to join their team, based in Antrim..

Responsibilities

• Supply of reels of paper and other materials from the warehouse to the factory
• Unloading lorries
• Complete goods in quality checks and reporting issues
• Booking in deliveries, filing paperwork and update computer system
• Maintain ancillary equipment to a high standard
• Completing daily safety checks on forklifts
• Maintain a high level of house keeping
• Ensure the necessary protective equipment is worn / used at all times
• Cleaning and maintaining the paper warehouse
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace
• Other responsibilities as determined by management

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full UK driving licence
• Counter balance FLT license
• Must be pro-active in your duties, be able to work on your own initiative and work with others
• Experience of using a handheld pallet truck
• An understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Good time management
• Quality conscious
