You will assist the store manager with day to day procedures. Maintain a first class customer service and drive sales forward whilst dealing with customer on a daily basis..

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with the selection of products and determining their needs accordingly.
• Meeting individual and store targets.
• Merchandising and replenishing stock as required, whilst maintaining high shop floor standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths.
• Previous retail/customer service experience is essential.
• You will be self-motivated. Passionate about mobile phones and customer service.
• Experience in the use of EPOS systems.
• Work as part of a team.
