To oversee the running of your section to the outlined company standards. To manage the smooth running of your section before, during and after service..

Responsibilities

• To ensure all food being served to guests and staff is prepared to the outlined company standards.
• To ensure stock rotation carried out correctly and wastage recorded.
• To adhere to HACCP/COSHH standards.
• To carry out cleaning schedule and record on a daily basis.
• To carry out temperature readings and record on a daily basis.
• Adhere to company's procedures if working in another hotel department.
• To participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance.
• Always wear clean suitable uniform and ensure a high level of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Observe all requirements under health and safety regulations.
• To upkeep company's equal opportunities policy to ensure a neutral working environment.
• To keep staff/work areas tidy, safe and report any hazard, accident, loss or damage to management and to observe all requirements under current health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to run food and drinks service on a busy floor.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
