Customer Services Online Chat
Job description
We are now recruiting Customer Services employees to join our online chat department. You will provide a fast and efficient online chat service to new and existing customers. You will ensure excellent customer service is always provided whilst communicating courteously and accurately. Benefits: 37.5 hour per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Hybrid model one week in the office and one week at home. Must have own facilities to work from home strong internet connection and a private room to work. 30 days annual leave inclusive of 4 bank holidays. The successful candidate will be required to complete a four week comprehensive training program providing you with the skills and product knowledge that you need to be successful in this role. Employees receive discount on their insurance policies purchased through the Company. .

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent Customer service skills with a minimum of 1 years customer service experience
- Two GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be willing to pursue APA CIP insurance qualifications.
Desirable Skills
- Previous online chat experience.
- Ability to work from home if required
- Previous experience gained within the insurance industry.
- Experience meeting targets.
