Job description

Waiting Staff are responsible for the service of food and drinks to customers, in line with the relevant service standards and procedures. In addition, to maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment within the bar and floor areas at all times. .

Responsibilities

• To provide a service for customers.
• Setting up the bar and floor as required, closing it down and clearing the venue at the end of the business day (in conjunction with stewards).
• To ensure customers are treated with courtesy, respect and fairness at all times, providing help and assistance where required.
• To undertake training and attend staff meetings as required, taking ownership of their induction and continual development in the working environment.
• Liaise at all times with Head Bartenders or management regarding any issues or problems that may arise daily.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional organisation skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to run food and drinks service on a busy floor.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Further Information

The Employer is: CLOVER PUBS NI Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
