Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic Product Coordinator to join our team to assist and support the product designers and e-commerce team to enhance the online product portfolio and maximise sell-through..

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product designers to ensure a well-curated and up-to-date product assortment.
• Assist the designers in the completion and maintenance of in-house records and filing both electronically and manually
• Assist the team in the management of samples
• Coordinate design requests from the e-commerce team
• Research upcoming trends and competitors' product offerings to assess product gaps and opportunities.
• Coordinate product photography of new ranges, working with the content team and designer to assess imagery needs, work on launch campaigns and organise outfit plans
• Assist with merchandising the online product catalogue to ensure products are effectively categorised and visually merchandised to maximise sell-through.
• Regularly assess popular products and bestsellers to maximize visibility on the website and digital marketing channels.
• General administration support.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience in the fashion industry or similar, retail background, wholesale or e-commerce company; or open to entry level candidates with required skill set and interest to learn the workings of a fashion brand in a creative and administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and organisational skills
• Ability to collaborate with various departments on multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
