Job description

We are looking for a new Assistant Manager to join our team at Junction One International Outlet Shopping, Antrim. Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved. .

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved
• Planning, prioritising and organising store activity to drive sales
• Work alongside the Store Manager leading the team

This position is offered as a permanent full time 37.5 hours over 5 days per week contract. We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for excellent customer service, who is ready for a new challenge, keen to learn and develop and can support a fun and welcoming environment to work and shop in.
