Social Media Manager/Sales Support
Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager with a strong focus on supporting sales through lead generation and influencer outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, building relationships with influencers, and implementing strategies to generate leads and drive sales..
Responsibilities
- Alongside our team you will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads for our sales team.
- Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
- Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback, and capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their goals and objectives, and align social media strategies accordingly.
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers to expand our reach and enhance our brand credibility.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring deliverables are met and ROI is achieved.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail oriented and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
