As a Trainee Protection Sales Adviser, you will be working with protection specialists who are experts in life insurance, critical illness and income protection policies. .

Responsibilities

• You will become competent at advising clients and converting enquires to policies via telephonic process.
• You will learn key communication skills that will enable you to identify problems then provide suitable solutions.
• Grow as a professional: You will join a team of a young professionals who take pride in their appearance and learn about what makes a successful business and person daily.
• Build confidence: With success comes increased confidence. Our team will nurture you to get out of your comfort zones and in doing so your confidence will grow.
• Training: Working in a team and side by side with our senior advisers means you will never be alone and consistent training and development throughout each day and during our morning meetings.
• Learn how to generate revenue.
• Have excess to our in-house Financial and Mortgage Advisers.
