Job description
We are seeking an Abattoir Operative for our client, based in Lurgan. .
Responsibilities
- Trimming, boning, deboning
- Cutting standard or premium cuts of meat
- To maintain a clean and tidy area
- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous slaughter house experience
- Experience in using knives
