Project Director


Job description

Purpose of post: The Project Director, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, will be responsible for devising, producing and ensuring the implementation of Forth spring’s Strategic Plan. The primary purpose of the post is to give clear strategic leadership to Forth spring whilst also providing support and supervision to the staff of the organisation thus ensuring Forth spring delivers quality programmes and services in an effective and consistent manner. The Project Director will be expected to devise and ensure delivery of an annual fundraising/income generation strategy and budget whilst also ensuring effective overall financial management, policies and procedures, and systems of internal control. Other key roles will include: The dissemination of Forth spring’s Good Community Relations and Community Development practice; the development and maintenance of mutually beneficial arrangements/partnerships with other like-minded organisations and effective reporting to and cooperation with key funders and other stakeholders/partners. .
