Job description

We require a Trainee Automation Operator for our client, Huhtamaki, a leading food packaging company, delivering packaging for some of the world’s largest food service brands. Reporting to the Finishing Manager, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the automation process efficiently works in tandem with the associated Gluing department to allow lines to perform to expected levels. .

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the automation process works efficiently
• Ensure lines work to expected timeframes
• Working in a fast paced factory environment

Essential Skills

• None required

Desirable Skills

• Experience of working in an automated work environment
• Experience of using computer systems
• Ability to operate automated systems
