Full-time Cook. .

Responsibilities

• Working in a busy environment, preparing breakfast, lunch and evening tea or 11 residents.
• Cooking and baking, taking into consideration a varied diet
• The kitchen requires a daily cleaning routine along with keeping storeroom clean and tidy.
• Good timekeeping, personal and food hygiene to a high standard and ability to communicate with the Residents.
• Necessary paperwork filled in as required by RQIA.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Food and hygiene certificate level 2 essential.

Desirable Skills

• Ability to work in a team, flexibility as this includes weekend work on a rota.
