This role would be ideal for a recent graduate with 1 years relevant customer support experience or an experienced professional looking to begin their career within the Public Sector. About the role: Hourly Rate: £13.91 per hour. Location: Belfast. Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Holidays: 37 days pro rata. Duration: Temporary, ongoing. • Provide housing advice and assistance to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances, with a focus on preventing homelessness.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Hold a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment. OR,
• Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma qualification in Housing and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment. OR,
• Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a customer support environment. OR,
• Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 3 years relevant experience in a customer support environment. AND,
• IT/ Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate.
• A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
