All Aspects of maintenance covering Electrical, Plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licenced properties as required working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers..

Responsibilities

• Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various Heads of Departments.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Qualified time served Electrician.
• Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years desirable five years) Ideally within the hospitality service sector.
• I.T. Skills.
• Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks.

Desirable Skills

• Full UK driving licence.
