Sales Ledger Assistant
Job description
NWCare are currently recruiting a sales ledger assistant for their head office in Limavady. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager. They will be part of the busy accounts department - a dynamic fast-paced team. You will be responsible for your own workload within this small team. .
Responsibilities
- To generate invoices using timesheet data and email to the supplier
- Export invoices from the rota management system and format on excel
- Posting and allocation of customer payments
- Spreadsheet data entry from reports provided
- Dealing with customer queries then following up and ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Credit control
- Ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 2 years office experience
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good attention to detail
Desirable Skills
- Experience of SAGE
