Sales Ledger Assistant


Job description

NWCare are currently recruiting a sales ledger assistant for their head office in Limavady. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager. They will be part of the busy accounts department - a dynamic fast-paced team. You will be responsible for your own workload within this small team. .

Responsibilities

  • To generate invoices using timesheet data and email to the supplier
  • Export invoices from the rota management system and format on excel
  • Posting and allocation of customer payments
  • Spreadsheet data entry from reports provided
  • Dealing with customer queries then following up and ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Credit control
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 2 years office experience
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good attention to detail

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of SAGE
