Job description
The Employer is: AN DROICHEAD. To support An Droicheads Development Officer in co-ordinating the adult education programme including all logistical planning and operational aspects of running the classes..
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for set up and removal of class equipment and seating.
- To implement An Droicheads Health & Safety Policy at all classes.
- To maintain records for all students and classes. To keep these up to date in accessible electronic format.
- To send out communications about the classes, ensuring all students and teachers are aware of any changes in arrangements.
- To liaise with teachers, An Droichead staff and (when necessary) CCEA in overseeing the smooth running of exams.
- To open and close An Droicheads centre as and when required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ability to speak and understand Irish.

The Employer is: AN DROICHEAD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
