Job description

The Employer is: AN DROICHEAD. To maintain high standards in the appearance and hygiene of An Droicheads centre for all services, especially our large childcare operation and our community education programme. .

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces.
• Managing refuse including recycling.
• General cleaning of surfaces including windows, doors etc.
• Cleaning and sanitation of toilet/bathrooms.
• Conducting monthly and termly deep cleaning.
• Responsibility for opening and locking up, including keyholder responsibility.
• Attention to detail and being proactive in addressing faults in a timely manner.
• Ability to organise time and workload.
• Knowledge of hygiene procedures and Health & Safety.
• Resource management, including recording and reporting.
• Caretaking and security awareness.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• No experience necessary, full training provided.

Desirable Skills

• Ability to speak and understand Irish.

Further Information

The Employer is: AN DROICHEAD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
