Trainee Florist in a busy family run retail florist/plant shop..

Responsibilities

• Care and conditioning of flowers and plants.
• Assisting florists with preparation of orders.
• Customer service, operating till, dealing with customers.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
• Eventually making hand-tied bouquets after enough training.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Literate.
• Numerate.
• Customer service skills.
• Artistic eye for design.

Desirable Skills

• Good communication.
• Good at working in a team.

Further Information

The Employer is: REIDS FLORISTS. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
