The Employer is: KITH & KIN FINANCIAL WELLBEING CIC. Kith & Kin is a Social Enterprise which provides Financial Wellbeing in the Community and in the Workplace, we require a person to help with admin and basic marketing duties. This will include telephoning our clients, emailing and Social Media, Website, CRM, client databases etc. As we are a small social enterprise you would be working on your own for most of the time, so self-discipline is required, but you will also have the opportunity to develop your own ideas for marketing of the Social Enterprise. This can also be a hybrid position so some office based time and some home based..

Responsibilities

• Admin - Updating excel spreadsheets, telephoning clients etc.
• Marketing - Review all our website interaction.
• CRM system - To update our CRM system.
• Client Contacts - Contact and agree review dates etc.
• Social Media - Review all Social Media and increase reviews etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excel spreadsheet basic knowledge.
• Good telephone manner.
• Social Media knowledge - Twitter, Facebook etc.
• Basic marketing knowledge.

Further Information

The Employer is: KITH & KIN FINANCIAL WELLBEING CIC. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. 6 month contract and then the employer will discuss any possibility of a permanent position.
