Responsibilities

  • Assist in Maintaining in event Programmes and event Co-ordination.
  • Liase with Committee and Deaf community in team planning.
  • Assist in using presentation skills, data entry, Microsoft.
  • Assist in the finance of Budgeting and allocating funds.
  • Delivering leaflets, advertising on social media Networking.
  • Assist the manager in the Collaboration with finance teams and fund allocation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively eg writing, listening ,speaking.
  • Good time keeping.
  • Good organisation.
  • Knowledge of planning and able to schedule meetings and events.

Further Information

The employer is: SAINT JOSEPH'S CENTRE FOR THE DEAF. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
