Responsibilities
- Assist in Maintaining in event Programmes and event Co-ordination.
- Liase with Committee and Deaf community in team planning.
- Assist in using presentation skills, data entry, Microsoft.
- Assist in the finance of Budgeting and allocating funds.
- Delivering leaflets, advertising on social media Networking.
- Assist the manager in the Collaboration with finance teams and fund allocation.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively eg writing, listening ,speaking.
- Good time keeping.
- Good organisation.
- Knowledge of planning and able to schedule meetings and events.
Further Information
The employer is: SAINT JOSEPH'S CENTRE FOR THE DEAF. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
