Online Order Fulfilment and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing online orders for a fashion brand and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure inventory availability and proper order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company guidelines.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the marketing and ecommerce team.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in online order fulfilment and customer service is preferred, but this is not a requirement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and ability to handle challenging customer situations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
