We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Order Fulfilment and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing online orders for a fashion brand and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure inventory availability and proper order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company guidelines.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the marketing and ecommerce team.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in online order fulfilment and customer service is preferred, but this is not a requirement.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and ability to handle challenging customer situations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
