Responsibilities

• Assist in the seamless daily operation of a bustling venue, maintaining the highest service and product standards.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Lead and inspire the team during busy shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages clear communication and teamwork.
• Take responsibility for the venue when on duty.
• Over see the smooth execution of various functions and events.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

Further Information

The Employer is: HALFWAY HOUSE. Although this is a full-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
