Business Development Assistant


Job description

Business Development Assistant will support the Business Development Executive with sales development and business prospecting. Working from home and within the studio environment to offer valuable assistance with daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks, proactive engagement with our sales funnel and attendance at marketing events..

Responsibilities

  • Supporting with general business development administration.
  • Supporting with monthly email newsletter writing and contribution to social media content.
  • Supporting with sales prospecting online and in person at industry events.
  • Management of online sales/promotional activity.
  • Supporting with research and writing tenders, bids and proposals for prospective clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Organisational skills - ability to digest information, arrange information and create and update documents in Microsoft Word/Google Documents (training will also be provided).
  • Communication skills - ability to communicate workload, prioritise and balance multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional writing for email.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Google Documents.
  • Experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Experience in a customer facing/sales environment role.

Further Information

The Employer is: WHITENOISE DESIGN LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: 16/17yrs £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour
