Provide a quality service to customers who register for support with their job search, employment and training needs. Contribute to the achievement of the service sets goals..
Responsibilities
- Create, update and tailor customer CVs.
- Support customers completing online job applications.
- Support customers accessing online training.
- Carry out research on the availability of training, personal development opportunities for customers as directed by Employment Officer.
- Carry out research on available jobs in the travel to work area.
- Demonstrate a commitment to equal opportunities and diversity to all customers.
- Maintain appropriate written and computerised records concerning customers in line with GDPR regulations.
- Undertake training as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSEs including English at grade C or above.
- Good computer skills.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience of working with customers.
Further Information
The Employer is: JOB DIRECTIONS Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
