Responsibilities

• Develop performance marketing strategies
• Design and implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as PPC, SEM, social media, display advertising, and email
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives
• Plan, launch, and monitor online advertising campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct A/B testing
• Data analysis and reporting
• Budget management
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimise landing pages and creatives for improved conversion rates
• Stay ahead of current industry trends

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3 years Performance Marketing Specialist experience or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance metrics
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
