Embroidery Administrator


Job description

The Employer is: ARDWICK PARTNERSHIP LTD. We are searching for a skilled and reliable embroidery administrator to join our company. The responsibilities include assisting in the setting up of embroidery machines, selecting pertinent tools and materials and ensuring that all projects are completed to clients' specifications. They will also be expected to assist in the design of logo's and work closely with the marketing teams of our customers. You should have a good eye for detail and the ability to keep track of multiple work orders. Outstanding candidates will possess both analytical and artistic skills. .

Responsibilities

  • Analysing and understanding project specifications and clients needs before starting each project.
  • Performing regular machine and inventory inspections and reporting any issues or reordering stock as required.
  • Providing suggestions regarding the design, placement, and fabric and thread selection.
  • Keeping track of work orders and updating records.
  • Communicating with clients and ensuring that all orders are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in the design of client logo's using our IT systems.
  • Working closing with suppliers and ensuring inventory is stocked.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry.
  • Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team.
  • Good self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.

The Employer is: ARDWICK PARTNERSHIP LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position.
