Job description
The Employer is: CONSULT CPK LTD. The Administration Executive will play a crucial role within the administrative operations for our organisation. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the office. .
Responsibilities
- Acting as a Point of Contact: Serving as the administrative liaison between executives and internal or external clients. Handling phone calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
- Calendar Management and Scheduling: Maintaining executives calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments. Providing timely reminders for upcoming events.
- Secretarial Support: Taking dictation, recording minutes during meetings, and accurately entering data. Assisting with travel arrangements for executives.
- Office Operations: o Monitoring office supplies and researching cost-effective deals or suppliers. Ensuring efficient documentation and filing systems.
- Communication and Correspondence: Handling executives requests and queries professionally. Contacting existing Clients and prospective Clients highlighting. And promoting the services provided, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Producing reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Ambassadorship and Prioritisation: Acting as a positive representative for the department. Managing priorities, delivering results, and monitoring progress toward goals.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- The Administration Executive will need to possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- They will contribute significantly to the overall efficiency of the organisation and support the success of executives.
Desirable Skills
- Good communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
Further Information
The Employer is: CONSULT CPK LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
