Job description

Due to Company expansion we are recruiting Project Managers within our Modular Construction Sector. Leading projects from inception to conclusion and will require supervising a number of projects, liaising with architects, site foremen, procurement team, subcontractors, clients and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Providing estimates of cost.
• Assisting with the procurement of contractors.
• Managing external consultants.
• Contract administration

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Project management: 2 years experience in a manufacturing background.
