The Employer is: INCISIV LTD. We are seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team at INCISIV, a VR sports tech company based in Ormeau Baths, Belfast. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, support the planning and execution of social media strategies across various platforms, and conduct quality assurance of some of our virtual reality products. You'll work closely with the Business Development Lead to grow our online presence, deal with customer feedback and assist in the day-to-day running of the business. Responsibilities

  • Content creation: Collaborate with the team to develop creative and compelling social media content including posts, graphics, videos and stories
  • Scheduling and posting: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media platforms according to content calendars.
  • Monitoring and engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages and mentions and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics: Help track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and content using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports summarizing marketing activity and key metrics.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of virtual reality games and experiences to ensure they meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the virtual reality industry.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • GCSE and A-Level qualifications.
  • Strong passion for social media and a solid understanding of various platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation.
  • Interest in the virtual reality/gaming industry and/or sport in general.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Desirable Skills

  • Good video editing skills (e.g. proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software for editing marketing videos and creating engaging multimedia content).
  • Good graphic design skills (e.g. proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar software for creating visually appealing graphics, images, and marketing materials).
  • Previous experience creating social media content (including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers).

Further Information

The Employer is: INCISIV LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
