Job description

As a Market Research Supervisor, you will be assigned to several telephone projects each week. You will be responsible for managing a team of Market Research Interviewers, scheduling their shifts and providing quality assurance, training of new staff and supporting the Research and Operations teams when needed. .

As a Telephone Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a large team of Telephone interviewers, who also work remotely. You will be responsible for scheduling their shifts, providing quality assurance, motivating the team and ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
