Job description
Office Administrator for a publishing and events company dealing in the pharmacy and medical field. The successful candidate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently..
Responsibilities
- Keeping stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Co-Ordinating office activities.
- Answering phone calls.
- Making outbound phone calls.
- Administrative Excel tasks.
- Supporting Bookkeeping.
- Assist colleagues when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Familiarity with an office environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Confidence in answering and making phone calls.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Experience in a relevant role.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Further Information
The Employer is: MEDICAL COMMUNICATIONS. Although this is a full-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour
