The Employer is: PET CONNECTION. Working on the shop floor, operating EPOS system, greeting and serving customers, answering telephone, providing advice to customers about products and animals. Working as part of a team to deliver great customer service, learning how to order stock, pricing products and merchandising..

Responsibilities

• Serving customers using the shop EPOS till system.
• Delivering excellent customer service to our customers.
• Ordering stock from suppliers.
• Learn about our products to enable you to provide advice on what products to recommend to customers when asking questions about their pets.
• Answering telephone as required.
• Merchandising new products and brands.
• Helping take in deliveries and replenishing shelves.
• Planning and prioritising your everyday duties within a retail environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• No experience necessary as full training will be provided.
• The person will be required to learn quite a lot about animal products during the training and will need the ability to retain this information in order to serve customers.

Further Information

The Employer is: PET CONNECTION. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour
