Job description

The post-holder will work closely with the Validation Manager and Appointment Managers to review Outpatient Booking processes and assist with the Trust Outpatient Validation project, including the roll out of Diagnostic Waiting lists across Trust specialties. Ensuring adherence to agreed IEAP protocols in relation to Diagnostic Waiting List, Outpatient Booking and Validating reports..

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Validation Manager to validate patients on the Outpatient Waiting Lists.
• Partake in staff training on the Outpatient Booking and Validation process.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A University Degree or an equivalent professional qualification and 1 years Band 3 experience; OR A minimum of 2 years relevant experience at Band 3 level.
• Experience in use of PAS, ECR and similar IT systems.
