Job description
The Employer is: ACREWOOD DAYCARE. Administrative Assistant based in Belfast .
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled childrens reports.
- Write and distribute email correspondence memos, letters, forms.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals.
- Making sure invoices are paid.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Liaise with manager / deputy to handle requests and queries.
- Support each room with admin.
- Responsible for managing and distributing information among their co-workers.
- Handle various Tasks to help Support positive and productive interactions between the organisation.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handling office Tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
- Making travel arrangements for outings.
- Organise and schedule appointments/meetings.
- Making sure there are no scheduling conflicts.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good verbal and written Communication skills.
- Monitoring skills.
- To work as part of the acrewood Team under the direction of the Leader in charge.
- Have a flexible approach.
- Commitment to Continuous Personal development.
- Experience as an administrative Assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, printers etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

Further Information
The Employer is: ACREWOOD DAYCARE. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
