Job description

To provide a quality service in accordance with the Association’s policies and procedures, and in line with the principles of continuous improvement. To ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained in all issues relating to the work of the Housing Department and the Association. .

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A third level qualification or Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) with a professional Housing qualification and 1 years relevant experience (as set out in the job description) with a social landlord or local authority.
• Or Educated to A Level standard or equivalent and 2 years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority.
