Job description

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of Sexual & Reproductive health services throughout the Trust, equating to approx. 40 percent of the roles responsibilities. They will be accountable for providing leadership to the nursing team to ensure safe and effective care and practice, enhance the patient clients experience and contribute to the delivery of the organisations objectives..

Responsibilities

• Team Leader for SRH, providing leadership within the multi-Disciplinary team.
• Provide clinical supervision for nurses within the SRH team.
• Communicate effectively with staff and maintain productive working relationships amongst your staff and with others

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• NMC Registered Nurse Level 1 on live NMC register.
• Have a Nursing Degree and 5 years post registration experience in a Sexual and Reproductive Health setting.
• 5 years post qualifying experience, which must include a minimum of 3 year s in Sexual & Reproductive Health setting
