Job description

To organise, prepare and control the efficient and economic production of high quality food whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene..

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals as and when required.
• Provide for special dietary requirements where necessary.
• Planning menus.
• Maintain accurate records of food supplies, temperatures etc.
• Ensure stock rotation, order stock and receive deliveries.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Intermediate food/hygiene certificate.
• Previous experience.
