Scheme Coordinator, West Belfast (Initially Mill Court) The post holder will provide day to day support to the tenants of this Sheltered Living Scheme to help them live independently. They will liaise directly with the tenants, their relatives and Health and Social Services, whilst managing the scheme to ensure a safe and secure environment. .

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One year's recent experience providing professional and paid support/care services
• Demonstrable IT skills
• Good communication skills
• Admin experience - collate and organise records
