Responsibilities

• Preparing fillings and other materials
• Providing support and reassurance to the patient
• Sterilising instruments
• Processing and filing X-rays
• Decontamination
• Maintaining patient records
• Advising patients on oral hygiene
• Carrying out stock control

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must be competent in the use of computers
• Must have a minimum of four GCSE's level C to include English and Maths or equivalent

Desirable Skills

• ICT course/qualification
• Driving Licence
• Be competent on the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• The flexibility to work between Bangor and Newtownards
