This position is perfect for individuals with a keen interest in web design, WordPress, and creating user-centric digital experiences. You'll gain hands-on experience and training in WordPress, design and UX principles, server and hosting management, WordPress plugin installation, and website benchmarking..

Responsibilities

• WordPress Training: Learn the ins and outs of WordPress, including theme customisation, content management, and troubleshooting common issues.
• Design and UX Training: Receive training on fundamental design and UX principles to create engaging and intuitive website layouts.
• Server and Hosting Training: Understand the basics of server management and web hosting, ensuring websites are always available and performing optimally.
• WordPress Plugin installation: Gain knowledge on selecting and installing the right plugins to extend the functionality of WordPress websites.
• WordPress Website Benchmarking: Learn how to evaluate website performance against industry standards, focusing on speed, responsiveness, and SEO optimisation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• A strong desire to learn and a genuine interest in web design and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with user interface design (UI) and user experience design (UX).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous but not required.

Further Information
