Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least a HND/ Foundation Degree or equivalent Level 5 Diploma in a relevant subject area.
• 2 years relevant experience dealing in subject matter covering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion eg S.75 screening,Disability adjustments,Safeguarding, Rural Needs Act.
• A broad understanding of governance and legal matters.
• Report writing.
• Good current working knowledge of Word and Excel software packages.

Desirable Skills

• Degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in a relevant subject area (e.g. Business, Public Administration, Public Policy).
